- Provides disaster response and recovery through FEMA; and

Executive Agencies
Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency: Lee M. Zeldin
- Creates and enforces regulations based on laws passed by Congress;
- Conducts research to understand environmental issues, assess risks, and develop solutions;
- Provides grants to support environmental projects and programs at the state, local and tribal levels;
- Collaborates with various stakeholders, including businesses, nonprofits. and other government agencies, to achieve its environmental goals;
- Provides information and resources to the public to promote environmental awareness and stewardship;
- Responds to environmental emergencies, such as oil spills and chemical releases;
- Participates in national security efforts related to environmental issues, such as protecting water supplies and responding to terrorist attacks; and
- Monitors compliance with environmental regulations and takes enforcement actions when necessary.
Administrator of the Small Business Administration: Kelly Loeffler
- Provides financing for small businesses;
- Provides free counseling and low-cost training to new entrepreneurs and existing small businesses;
- Sets goals with other federal departments and agencies to award 23% in prime contract dollars to small businesses;
- Reviews congressional legislation and testifies on behalf of small businesses; and
- Assesses the impact of regulatory burden on small businesses.
Director of the Central Intelligence: John Ratcliffe
- Collects intelligence through human sources and by other appropriate means; the CIA/DCIA has no police, subpoena, or law enforcement powers or internal security functions;
- Correlates and evaluates intelligence related to national security and providing appropriate dissemination of such intelligence;
- Provides overall direction for and coordination of the collection of national intelligence outside the United States through human sources; and
- Performs such other functions and duties related to intelligence affecting the national security as the President or the Director of National Intelligence may direct.
Director of National Intelligence: Tulsi Gabbard
- Ensure that timely and objective national intelligence is provided to the President, the heads of departments and agencies of the executive branch, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and senior military commanders, and the Congress;
- Establish objectives and priorities for collection, analysis, production and dissemination of national intelligence;
- Ensure maximum availability of and access to intelligence information within the Intelligence Community; and
- Oversee coordination of relationships with the intelligence or security services of foreign governments and international organizations.
Director of Office of Management and Budget: Russell Vought
- Assist the President in budget development and execution, a significant government-wide process managed from the Executive Office of the President and a mechanism by which a President implements decisions, policies, priorities, and actions in all areas (from economic recovery to health care to energy policy to national security);
- Oversees the agency’s performance, Federal procurement, financial management, and information/IT (including paperwork reduction, privacy, and security);
- Coordinates and reviews all significant Federal regulations by executive agencies, to reflect Presidential priorities and to ensure that economic and other impacts are assessed as part of regulatory decision-making, along with review and assessment of information collection requests;
- Reviews all agency communications with Congress, including testimony and draft bills to ensure consistency of agency legislative views and proposals with Presidential policy; and
- Coordinates Executive Orders and Presidential Memoranda to agency heads and officials, the mechanisms by which the President directs specific government-wide actions by Executive Branch officials.
US Trade Representative: Jamieson Greer
- Develops and coordinate all U.S. international trade, commodity, and direct investment policy. This includes working with other government agencies to ensure a unified approach to trade issues;
- Leads negotiations with foreign governments to create trade agreements that promote U.S. economic interests;
- plays a key role in resolving trade disputes between the U.S. and other countries;
- Advocates for fair and open trade practices globally and represents U.S. trade interests in international forums;
- Provides advice to the President on trade policy matters and works with Congress to secure support for trade agreements; and
- Investigates unfair trade practices and intellectual property rights violations, and takes action to address them.
